You can integrate audio/video conferencing to meetings without A/V support with Zoom Integration for Outlook.

Zoom Integration is only available on Exchange and Outlook enabled Everyday User Templates

Add Zoom to your reservation in EMS for Outlook

To use Zoom from EMS for Outlook you need the Zoom add-in.

1. Open Microsoft Outlook.
2. Create your appointment.

3. Click Schedule a Meeting.

   Zoom information appears in your meeting invite.

4. Complete creating your appointment.
